New covers for the square, thanks to Vale Pharmacy
One October storm used to cost us a whole Saturday. Thanks to Vale Pharmacy's sponsorship, the square now has proper covers.
Highveld storms arrive at four o'clock and leave by five, and for years that hour has been enough to wash out the rest of the afternoon.
With the new covers, the groundstaff can have the square under cover in about six minutes. Thank you to Vale Pharmacy, whose sponsorship paid for them.
